Breakfast or lunch with vegan fonio pancakes.
Cover with savoury or sweet vegan choices.
Vegan-Gluten free-High in minerals and fiber.


Instructions for use:
Add 400 ml of vegetable drink to the pancake mix and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Add the rest of the drink and mix to the desired thickness.
Put oil or margarine in a frying pan.
Pour the batter into the pan and fry on a not too high heat until brown on both sides.
Top with savoury or sweet.
